In just 6 weeks, you will form new habits that not only change your mindset but also create lasting positive changes in your life. With the PQ system, you get concrete tools to identify and rein in your inner “Saboteurs,” while also learning to foster your positive thoughts, called “Sages.”

Here’s how it works:

  1. Before you start, you will complete a short questionnaire to help identify your primary Saboteurs.
  2. You will gain access to an app that guides you daily through short exercises lasting only 2 minutes.
  3. The app will remind you to perform your exercises and visually show your progress.
  4. We meet online once a week to reflect on the week’s exercises and share experiences.

 

Bonus: As a participant, you will have access to Shizad Chamine’s bestseller “Positive Intelligence” as an audiobook in English.

Expand your knowledge: Every Saturday, Shizad releases a new training module that lasts a maximum of 1 hour. The module is divided into small segments so you can take it at your own pace.
